Apical Resection

Apical resection is surgical removal of chronic infection or cyst at the tooth root tip (apex). Applied when root canal treatment fails to resolve or recurring apical infections. Aims to preserve the tooth as alternative to extraction with high success rates.At Dentaline, apical resection is performed in sterile environment after detailed planning with digital X-ray and 3D CT.
