Gum is opened to access root tip, infected tissue cleaned and root tip sealed with retrograde filling. Procedure completed in 30-45 minutes.Painless under local anesthesia. Recovery 1-2 weeks. Post-operative antibiotics. Success evaluated with follow-up X-ray at 3-6 months.
