Impacted Tooth Extraction

Impacted tooth extraction is surgical removal of teeth trapped in or partially emerged from the jawbone. Most commonly applied to wisdom teeth (3rd molars). Impacted teeth can cause pain, infection, crowding and cyst formation by pressing on adjacent teeth.At Dentaline, impacted tooth extraction is performed in sterile conditions after detailed planning with panoramic X-ray or 3D CT. Tooth position, root structure and relationship to adjacent anatomical structures (nerve, sinus) are evaluated. Surgery performed painlessly under local anesthesia.Procedure duration varies 15-45 minutes based on tooth position. Recovery period 5-7 days. Comfortable healing with antibiotic and pain management. Sutures removed after 7-10 days.
